Artshhub primarily serves customers in the United States. Personalized products are prepared specifically for each order and require production time before shipment.
Order processing
Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment and all required personalization details are received. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Processing may take longer during peak periods or when submitted details require clarification.
Estimated delivery
After dispatch, delivery to most United States addresses typically takes 7–20 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, peak seasons, customs processing, or an incomplete address may affect delivery.
Shipping charges and tracking
Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout before payment. When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take several business days to show its first carrier scan.
Address changes
Please review your shipping address carefully before ordering. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect it. Additional shipping charges may apply when an order must be reshipped because the address supplied at checkout was incorrect or incomplete.
Delayed, lost, or damaged packages
If tracking has not updated for an extended period, or your package arrives damaged, email us at info@artshhub.com with your order number and relevant photos when applicable. We will review the carrier information and help determine the appropriate next step.
International orders
If delivery outside the United States is offered at checkout, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by the destination country unless checkout states otherwise.
